Microimmunotherapy: for a strong immune system

A well-functioning immune system is fundamental to health. As the body’s natural defense system helps maintain balance and resilience. When immune function becomes dysregulated or weakened, susceptibility to infection and other health complaints may increase. Microimmunotherapy aims to support the immune system’s natural regulatory processes and promote a balanced immune response.

Supporting and regulating immune function

Microimmunotherapy is a low-dose immunoregulatory approach based on an in-depth understanding of immunological processes. It is designed to work in accordance with the body’s natural regulatory mechanisms. The therapy uses immune messenger substances, such as cytokines, which play an important role in coordinating communication between immune cells. Administered in low doses, these substances are intended to provide targeted regulatory signals and support a coordinated immune response. Microimmunotherapy is therefore also referred to as low-dose immunotherapy.

Microimmunotherapy's area of application

Microimmunotherapy may be considered as part of a preventive, acute or long-term treatment strategy, particularly in cases involving recurrent or chronic complaints. In my practice, it is integrated into an individually tailored, holistic treatment plan and may be suitable for both adults and children due to its generally good tolerability.

Treatment is based on a detailed medical history and may be complemented by targeted laboratory testing. The appropriate formulation and duration of treatment are selected according to the individual situation. As the therapy is intended to support gradual regulatory processes, treatment generally extends over several weeks or months.

Proven areas of application:

  • Recurrent viral or bacterial infections, for example Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), varicella-zoster virus (VZV), herpes simplex virus (HSV), Borrelia
  • Supportive treatment for autoimmune conditions
  • Allergies
  • Stress and mental tension, fatigue and exhaustion
  • Supportive treatment for selected neurological conditions
  • Recurrent infections and impaired immune resilience

Manual therapies

In my manual therapies, I rely on classic massage, foot reflexology, Baunscheidt method and cupping.

Individual nutritional counselling

Nutritional counselling supports you in developing healthy, sustainable eating habits that fit naturally into your everyday life.

Naturopathy

Naturopathic therapies identify the underlying causes of discomfort in order to restore balance between body, mind and spirit.

Laboratory testing

Modern methods of laboratory testing form the basis for targeted, individual therapies.
