My work is based on a holistic and sustainable understanding of health. I follow an integrative therapeutic approach that combines traditional naturopathic methods with the knowledge and diagnostic possibilities of modern medicine. In doing so, I collaborate with an interdisciplinary network of medical practices and specialized laboratories.

My professional journey began with a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences at ETH Zurich, where I developed a particular interest in the effects of medicinal substances and medicinal plants. This scientific education gave me an in-depth understanding of the complex processes within the human body and provided a strong foundation in conventional medicine.

During my many years of working as a pharmacist, I became increasingly aware of the important role that nutrition, lifestyle and individual health behaviors play in maintaining well-being. This led me to explore holistic therapeutic approaches in greater depth and to undertake further training in nutritional therapy and micronutrient medicine.

I subsequently completed my training in Traditional European Naturopathy, allowing me to pursue my longstanding ambition of working as a naturopathic practitioner. Today, I combine my pharmaceutical and conventional medical knowledge with complementary therapeutic methods. My aim is to develop individual, integrative treatment concepts that consider the person as a whole, including their health history, lifestyle and current needs.

Alongside the qualifications listed above, I have continuously expanded my expertise through my work as a pharmacist and naturopath, with particular emphasis on phytotherapy – including spagyric preparations, gemmotherapy and mother tinctures – as well as gut health, nutrition, micronutrient therapy and women’s health.

I am a member of the Swiss Association of Naturopathic Physicians (NVS), the Swiss Pharmacists Association (Pharmasuisse), and the Swiss Society for Anti-Aging Medicine and Prevention (SSAAMP).
